In the course of conducting business, Monod Amar Boudrant law firm (the “Law Firm”) will process personal data or “Data” (information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. The Data controller is the Law Firm, 21 rue Monsieur 75007 Paris, represented by Stephen A. Monod, lawyer (stephen.a.monod@wanadoo.fr).
Processing of Data is based on the performance of the duties assigned to the Law Firm, the necessary discussions before a potential business relationship and/or the compliance with legal or contractual obligations.
Only Data necessary for their intended use will be processed (defence, counsel, legal proceeding, invoicing, payment, reporting obligations). In accordance with the rules applicable to its activity, the Law Firm may transfer Data to third parties, provided that the transfer is indispensable and restricted with regard to the nature of transferred Data and the quality of third parties.
Data will be kept until the end of the fifth year following the end of (i) the relationship that gave rise to the processing and/or (ii) the Law Firm’s reporting obligations. You may:
(i) ask access to, and rectification or erasure of your Data subject to the exceptions provided by applicable rules, restriction of processing,
(ii) object the processing of your Data,
(iii) exercise right to Data portability.
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Commission nationale informatique et libertés : https://www.cnil.fr/fr).
